Intermediate Wheel Throwing
This 4 week course class for Intermediate potters will explore size, form, refinement, trimming, and surface texture with wheel thrown pieces. Class topics include throwing multiples/sets, decorative handle making & textured surfaces. Class demonstrations will be given for the first 20 minutes of every class leaving 2 hours of wheel time to practice techniques. Students are strongly encouraged to book open wheel time in between classes throughout the 6 week period.

Class dates: Jan 9th, 23, 30 and Feb 13th from 10am to 12:30 PM
Ages: 16+
Prerequisite: Completed Beginning Wheel Throwing Session at JCA or another clay studio
What to bring: Apron, hand towel, set of basic wheel throwing tools.
Materials provided: 25 lbs clay
