We recommend 18 and up for adult classes. You must be 21 years or older and be able to prove age with a valid ID to consume alcohol.
General Cancellation Policy

By signing up, the agreed-upon canceling guidelines is that no refund can be made to anyone canceling class ten days prior to the class date. Cancellations made within the 10 days, but more than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $20 rescheduling fee. No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations made within 48 hours and for ‘no shows’.
Our teachers and staff are scheduled 2 weeks in advance based on class/event sign ups and still need to be compensated if there are last minute cancellations as they have planned their schedules around your class/event.
Classes must be rescheduled within 2 months of the original class date. After that, there are no refunds. JCA sends a confirmation when you book the class and sends you another reminder confirmation before your class date. Thank you for your understanding. We do appreciate it.

Goods Refund Policy
If there is an problem with your order, please contact us immediately.
Due to the nature of the ceramic goods, returns or exchanges are not available unless the product was sent damaged or defective.
For a return product must be in new or unused condition.
We will inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods please contact us immediately. We ask that you return goods within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Art Camp & After School Program
Due to careful planning and project preparation we have changed our terms to the following:
Age Policy
Must be 6 years old before the 1st week of the program to enroll. This program is designed for 6-13 years olds.
Refund Policy
First, we would like to encourage you to simply move to another session. However, we understand that things come up and you may need to cancel all together. To do so, please email us with this information.
$150.00 is not refundable or transferable at any time unless it is a medical reason (must have written explanation from Doctor).
If you cancel with more than 30 days till the week start date, then you will receive all money paid EXCEPT $50
15-30 days until the week start date, 50% refund
2 weeks prior to start of the session = NO REFUND
Any refunds will be issued in the same manner payment was made.
No Refunds or credits will be made if your child can not attend 1 or more class(es) after the program begins for any reason.
Medical reason for cancellation
We understand that medical issues may arise over the course of the program or just as your child is set to attend. Please call us as soon as possible to inform us of your need to cancel. We will ask that you submit a written excuse from your child’s physician. If your child is sick and there is time and room, we will work with you to switch your child to another session.
Birthday Parties
- The $150 Deposit you make today, holds your reservation and is non-refundable.
- The balance is due the day of your party.
- Each party is 90 minutes long.
- We ask that the hosts show up no more than 15 minutes before the party for any set up needs.
- The party will end promptly.
- Feel free to bring in any personal decorations to make your party special. Table cloths are not necessary.
- JCA will supply all items necessary for the craft and plates and napkins for pizza if ordered.
- You supply all of the paper goods and drinks.
- During the party your guests will be asked to stay in the party area unless they need to use the bathrooms or are instructed to do so by JCA staff.
- For parties that are not take home same day; Items will be ready for pick up in 10-14 days. We will call the host when ready. All items will be individually wrapped with guest’s names written on the outside.
- There are no refunds or credits for party cancellations.
Private Parties
